IMPORTANT NOTICE: ASIANHAAT'S ROLE AND LIABILITIES

Before using AsianHaat platform, please understand and acknowledge the following critical terms:

  • AsianHaat does NOT sell any products directly - We are a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers
  • AsianHaat is NOT involved in any transactions or deals between buyers and sellers
  • AsianHaat does NOT handle payments or deliveries - All financial transactions and logistics are managed directly between buyers and sellers
  • AsianHaat does NOT store or save user data - We act as an intermediary platform only
  • NO REFUNDS for subscription fees or advertising fees - All payments for platform services are non-refundable

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AsianHaat platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

2. Platform Nature and Limitations

CRITICAL UNDERSTANDING: AsianHaat is exclusively an intermediary platform. We do not participate in, control, or manage any aspect of the actual commercial transactions between users.

2.1 AsianHaat's Role as an Intermediary

AsianHaat operates solely as an online marketplace that facilitates connections between:

  • Product Sellers (individuals or businesses listing products)
  • Product Buyers (individuals or businesses purchasing products)

Important: AsianHaat does not own, manufacture, sell, or take possession of any products listed on the platform.

2.2 What AsianHaat Does NOT Do

To avoid any misunderstanding, please note that AsianHaat:

  • ❌ Does NOT sell any products - We are not a retailer, wholesaler, or direct seller
  • ❌ Does NOT engage in buying or selling activities on behalf of users
  • ❌ Does NOT participate in any deals or transactions between buyers and sellers
  • ❌ Does NOT handle payment processing - All payments are made directly between buyers and sellers
  • ❌ Does NOT manage product deliveries or shipping - Logistics are arranged directly between parties
  • ❌ Does NOT store, save, or retain user transaction data beyond what's necessary for platform functionality
  • ❌ Does NOT provide refunds for subscription or advertising fees (see Section 7)

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 For Sellers

Sellers using AsianHaat platform agree to:

  • Provide accurate product descriptions and images
  • Set fair and transparent pricing
  • Manage their own inventory and stock levels
  • Handle all customer inquiries and support
  • Process payments directly with buyers
  • Arrange for product shipping and delivery
  • Handle returns, refunds, and disputes directly with buyers
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3.2 For Buyers

Buyers using AsianHaat platform agree to:

  • Conduct due diligence before making purchases
  • Communicate directly with sellers for product details
  • Make payments directly to sellers
  • Coordinate delivery arrangements with sellers
  • Resolve any disputes directly with sellers
  • Verify product quality and authenticity upon receipt

4. Platform Services and Fees

4.1 Free Basic Services

AsianHaat provides the following services free of charge:

  • Platform access for browsing products
  • Basic seller account creation
  • Product listing (with limitations)
  • Basic search and filtering functionality

4.2 Premium Services

AsianHaat offers optional premium services including:

  • Enhanced product listings
  • Advertising and promotion services
  • Featured product placements
  • Advanced analytics and insights

5. Data and Privacy

DATA POLICY: AsianHaat does not store, save, or retain transactional data between buyers and sellers. We only maintain minimal platform usage data necessary for service operation.

AsianHaat's approach to data:

  • We do not store payment information
  • We do not retain transaction details
  • We do not save communication between buyers and sellers
  • We do not maintain records of product deliveries
  • Platform usage data is anonymized and aggregated

6. Dispute Resolution

Since AsianHaat is not involved in transactions:

  • All disputes must be resolved directly between buyers and sellers
  • AsianHaat does not mediate or arbitrate disputes
  • AsianHaat is not liable for any transaction-related issues
  • Users are encouraged to use secure payment methods and maintain proper documentation

7. No Return and Refund Policy

NO REFUND POLICY FOR PLATFORM FEES

ALL FEES PAID TO ASIANHAAT ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Subscription fees for premium accounts
  • Advertising and promotion fees
  • Featured listing fees
  • Any other service fees charged by AsianHaat

Important: Once payment is made for any AsianHaat service, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Service dissatisfaction
  • Change of mind
  • Non-usage of services
  • Technical issues (unless proven to be caused by AsianHaat)
  • Account suspension or termination

7.0 Delivery Time

  • Delivered Products With in 7 to 10 Days

7.1 Fee Structure

AsianHaat charges fees for:

  • Premium Subscriptions: Monthly or annual fees for enhanced features
  • Advertising Services: Fees for product promotion and visibility
  • Featured Listings: Charges for priority product placement

7.2 Payment Terms

All fees are:

  • Payable in advance
  • Non-transferable
  • Non-refundable
  • Subject to change with prior notice

8. Limitation of Liability

AsianHaat's liability is strictly limited to:

  • Platform availability and functionality
  • Technical support for platform issues

AsianHaat is NOT liable for:

  • Product quality, authenticity, or safety
  • Transaction disputes between users
  • Payment issues or fraud
  • Delivery problems or damages
  • Misrepresentation by sellers
  • Any financial losses incurred by users
  • Legal disputes between users

9. Termination and Suspension

AsianHaat reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms
  • Remove listings that violate platform policies
  • Modify or discontinue services at any time

Note: Account termination does not entitle users to refunds of any fees paid.

10. Changes to Terms

AsianHaat may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

  • You agree that all fees paid to AsianHaat are non-refundable
  • You accept full responsibility for your transactions with other users
